All Rollerblade/Bladerunner products are warranted for six months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship. Normal wear and tear, damages caused by abuse, accident or lack of reasonable care, non-observance of the instructions for use, poor maintenance, and modification of the product are not covered under the warranty.
If you want to have your product evaluated for possible warranty coverage, please return it to an authorized Rollerblade retailer along with a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase. The retailer will contact us for return authorization.
You will be charged for the shipping of the product to Rollerblade for warranty repairs and replacements and Rollerblade will pay the shipping to return it back to you via the same shipping method. (Example: If you ship to us Fed Ex Overnight we will use Fed Ex Overnight to get the product back to you, or if you ship to us Fed Ex Ground we will ship back Fed Ex Ground)
We strive to turn around repairs/replacements within 24-48 hours of receiving them at our repair center.
Most retailers are able to perform repairs. Click here to find your local Rollerblade Authorized Retailer. If they are unable to repair your skates, they will contact our warranty and repair center to provide assistance.
