Explain the feeling you had the first time you put on skates.
I had a goal: manage to skate and accompany my cousin to the park who knew how to skate very well. When I could keep up with him, it saved me from chasing him all the way in my sneakers! I realized it’s a faster way of transportation and it’s lots more fun.
What is your inspiration to keep skating?
It’s a way for me to feel free: physically and mentally.
We truly believe skating makes a better world.
What? How do you think skating makes the world a better place……? Well definitely! that’s why I love sharing the joy of skating. I like to make people want to try inline skates because that’s the way I discovered aggressive inline and got hooked.
How do you keep progressing and reinventing yourself?
The best way is to skate with my friends. Because we communicate without talking, our body language and our tricks is the way to go.
What’s the most helpful tip you want to share with any skater?
Take good care of the body and mind they need to be in good shape. The body never lies, listen to it when it talks to you! I also recommend doing things outside of inline skating like: music, yoga, reading books. These hobbies of mine complete my skating, and it also goes the other way around. Inline skating activates my creativity: it is a true gift!
Imagine a world filled with animals who can skate. If you could be any of those animals what would you be and why?
An ant. It lives in a discrete way out of sight and often we forget that it exists. The ant has an significant impact, they are the most numerous insects on the planet. Another animal on my list is the elephant. The elephant is the only animal on earth that fears no one. I can relate because I do not fear anyone too, that represents peace to me. But for agility and madness I would like to go for a monkey, I want to have fun and this my it represents my team, family and crew named “Rolling Monkeys”hahahaha.
