If no races on the weekend, gym on Monday, Wednesday, Friday mornings, bike on Tuesday , Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. I skates four to five days normally Monday to Friday or Saturday and change my bike day

Skating career/most remarkable results:
2022: Silver medal 10k points/elimination racetracks Buenos Aires, Argentina. World Championship Bronze medal 10k points Road World Games Birmingham 
2021: Silver medal 10k points race road Ibague, Colombia. World Championship Silver medal 10k points race road Canelas, Portugal European Championship
Overall: Two-time World Champion (9 total podiums), seven-time European Champion (more than 30 medals podiums), three Bronze medals in World Games, WIC Overall Winner 2017, Silver and two-time Bronze medal winner in Berlin Marathon, four-times 3 tracks Overall Winner, five- or six-time Lagos Overall Winner.

Best memories in speed skating:
Traveling and making friends around the world; and the first podiums when I was a kid.  Also, after my first medal in European championship Junior 2004 in Pamplona, and years later in Pamplona European Championship 2019, 10k points taking gold. Of course, my 2018 silver medal Dijon World Championship my first-time medal in WC. Last, my first Gold in European Championship 2007 Portugal 10k Points.
All medals in Europeans and Worlds are in senior except for three Bronze and two Silver in Junior

Worst memories in speed skating:
the crash in the last World Championship in Argentina 10k Points road, only finish I can get other silver medal… and I wasn’t able to race in the marathon.
