Explain the feeling you had the first time you put on skates.
I remember wanting to keep up with my brother and his friends and they used to skate circles around me!
What is your inspiration to keep skating?
I love traveling to new places and exploring roads and towns on my skates. I can get to places where cars cannot and I go and move way faster than running!
We truly believe skating makes a better world. How do you think skating makes the world a better place?
I believe you CANNOT skate through town and not smile! I always have a good day when I’m on my skates and love sharing my passion with my friends, family, and athletes!
How do you keep progressing and reinventing yourself?
By finding new challenges, skating longer distances, and DOing something I haven’t done before!
What’s the most helpful tip you want to share with any skater?
PUSH THE DOWNHILL! Most people think you need to go slow on downhills (because they’re scary), but if you skate hard and confidently down hills you will be in better control of your body and in a better position to react if you hit a rock, get uncomfortable, or just need to jump over something!
Imagine a world filled with animals who can skate. If you could be any of those animals what would you be and why?
An Elephant. Duh. Nothing would stop me if I was an elephant on skates!
